Press Forging

PC Forge operates mechanical forging presses supported by either manual or automated part feeding. We produce impression die forgings ranging from 5 to 80 pounds in carbon and low alloy steels.

Forging Equipment:

(1) 4,400 Ton Mechanical Forging Press (160 Ton)

Each forging unit is arranged in a production cell configuration with automated material feed systems, electric induction heating, and compatible trim/punch presses. Gas furnace heating capability is also available for tryouts and short production runs.
